Large Scale Events: I developed and executed the communication calendars for large-scale and ticketed events, including our Together Weekend. This required a coordinated, multi-channel approach and hands-on management of our CMS and ticketing systems. By monitoring real-time analytics, I was able to provide the data-driven insights needed to drive last-minute sales and ensure our outreach hit its targets.
