Organisation: King's Church Birmingham
My Role: I directed the communications and digital infrastructure for a community of 200+, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to transition the organisation from traditional outreach toward a high-growth digital model. My focus was on building durable systems: a full 2025 rebrand, a custom library of original media assets, and a trained volunteer team to keep the momentum going.
I believe digital tools should serve real-world mission. To support our key priorities of discipleship and evangelism, I developed high-quality resources that translated events and teaching into accessible digital content. Using targeted Meta and Google ads as precision instruments, we saw a 15–20% annual increase in the congregation. Positioning our social media as a "warm front door" proved to newcomers they were joining a vibrant, active community.

Graphic Design: I served as the lead creative for all digital and print graphics, grounding our design work in actual data and analytics. To keep our outreach consistent, I supported the team with clear communication outlines and acted as a lead editor across departments.

Video and media: I scheduled and directed video projects as strategic tools for our highest priorities, from high-impact evangelistic outreach to targeted volunteer recruitment. By aligning our production with key events, I ensured every video served a specific purpose.
